As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I guide individuals, leaders, and teams through transformational journeys of growth, healing, and expansion. My path has not been a linear one. I’ve walked through the shadows, overcoming conflictive relationships, depressions, lifelong anxiety, and starting over from scratch more than once. These experiences didn’t break me; they initiated me. They taught me to trust life, to listen to my inner voice, and to surrender to the sacred unfolding of transformation. Today, they allow me to hold space for others with presence, compassion, and a profound belief in the human spirit.

In my coaching and facilitation, I blend the wisdom of psychology, the clarity of coaching, and the depth of spiritual awareness. I support my clients in reconnecting with their essence, stepping into their truth, and becoming conscious creators of their lives, work, and relationships.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve developed the maturity, insight, and intuitive presence that enable me to meet each client exactly where they are. I work with professionals across cultures and continents—offering coaching and transformational training in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, both online and in person.
